Our goal with Carlisle Square is to have the most sustainable community in Niagara. To help us accomplish this, we're asking residence to keep their consumption metered and responsible. In this effort, we won't be offering any inclusive utilities. Rent includes full access to the roof-top amenity space, lounge, patio, bar, gym, and gym equipment. 

Carlisle Square features 2 levels of underground parking including EV charging stations as an option for residents who require parking. 

12 month term minimum

Last month deposit is required to secure the unit.

First month is due upon occupancy

Some units may qualify for 2 months of free rent at the end of the first leasing year
